WHO? This advanced presentation skills training is designed to help experienced people to hone and improve the quality of their group public speaking skills. It utilises the experience of broadcast journalists to look at how you deliver clear and memorable messages to your audience.
News reporters typically cover complex stories and have to take large amounts of information and footage and carefully select the key themes and messages. They then have to support them with right words and images and edit them down to a 2-minute news item!
Bringing this perspective to business presentation skills helps focus delegates on being concise and defining the key messages and on how to deliver those messages in a way that creates the desired results with the audience.

- Delegates spend a high proportion of the programme on their feet presenting which builds polish and confidence. The initial benchmark presentation and the finale presentation demonstrate progress to the delegates which also build confidence.

121 Presentation Coaching
WHO? Presentation coaching is for executives wanting to hone their public speaking skills, possibly with a specific event in mind. These events are often things like key note speeches at industry events or company kick off events. Our team of experts will develop a specific 121 coaching programme for each individual, in a series of 2-3 hour sessions culminating, where relevant with a “dress rehearsal”. This enables individuals to prepare and deliver powerful, engaging and authentic presentations for the important occasions.
Our team of coaches (that combines media and voice coaching skills with commercial presentation expertise) puts a unique level of expertise at our clients disposal to them help hone their skills.
WHAT? Because it’s an individual coaching programme, we can tailor our support to be as brief or as extensive as the client needs. Typically however the way we work with clients is like this:
- We work with you to establish the base line performance
- We diagnose and agree the right development for the individual

WHO? This programme is designed to support people in developing their foundational presentation skills. It would be appropriate for people who perhaps have not had to present frequently, who are a bit rusty or who want to improve their skills in this area. We tailor all our programmes for individual clients, so this foundation programme can be designed for you to specifically refer to internal presentations, customer/sales presentations, technical presentations, for example.

We select from a range of facilitators we have to match your requirements and culture. Typically we have 2 facilitators working on a programme, one expert in presentation / voice / performance areas and one with a specifically technical background.
Venues are the clients responsibility, we ideally recommend they use an off-site venue with a large room to simulate presentations to larger groups.
We provide all relevant video and play back equipment and delegates are provided with their presentations on memory stick to take away with them.
